Beach Club Apartments

Our Beach Club at 425 Commercial Street offers comfortable beachfront apartments for those seeking private, fully equipped accommodations with private decks and sweeping beach and bay views. The Beach Club consists of a three story building with one apartment per floor and a stand-alone cottage. The Beach Club has a beautiful lawn and gardens opening up to our own private harbor beach.

Each apartment contains a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi wireless high speed Internet access, 2 TVs, DVD player, CD clock radio with iPod dock and charcoal grill. Apartment 1, The Cottage is air conditioned and Apartments 2, 3 and 4 in the main building have floor fans. There is a complimentary on-site laundry facility. Beach Club guests can take advantage of our Guest House facilities including our DVD library, bicycles, hot tub and sumptuous breakfasts.

One parking space is available per apartment and complimentary champagne awaits you upon arrival. Beach Club apartments are fully stocked with linen and towels; however, daily housekeeping is not provided. Beach Club check in and check out is at our office located in the Guesthouse at 184 Bradford Street. Smoking is not allowed anywhere within the Beach Club Apartments but is allowed on the beach.

Apartment 1 – The Cottage

A very special, private and romantic stand-alone cottage with fantastic beach and bay views furnished in a comfortable contemporary style with air conditioning. A stair/ladder takes you up to the cozy sleeping loft that has a double/full futon and TV and DVD player. The loft has a skylight and window and it overlooks the living/dining room that has a sofa with a double/full sofa bed, large upholstered armchair and ottoman, a dining table and a large flat screen TV with built-in DVD player and a CD clock radio with iPod dock. There is a fully equipped tiled kitchen and a bright tiled bathroom with a shower. To top it all off there is also a large private beachfront deck with chairs and a charcoal grill.

Apartment 2

A traditionally furnished ground floor one bedroom beachfront apartment with great beach and bay views. There is a large bedroom with a queen pillow-top bed and a flat screen TV with built-in DVD player. The separate living/dining area has a sofa, upholstered armchair, another flat screen TV with built-in DVD player and a large dining table that overlooks the beach and bay. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a tub/shower. This unit also has a CD clock radio with iPod dock and while not air-conditioned does have several floor fans for the occasional hot night or day. There is also a private beachfront deck with armchairs and charcoal grill for your enjoyment. This deck opens up to green lawn with stairs that lead down to our private beach.

Apartment 3

A contemporarily furnished second floor one bedroom beachfront apartment with great beach and bay views. There is a large, bright bedroom with a queen pillow-top bed, TV and DVD player. The separate living/dining area, which has views overlooking the bay and harbor, has a loveseat, large dining table and flat screen LCD TV with built-in DVD player. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a tub/shower. The unit also has a CD clock radio with iPod dock and while not air-conditioned does have several floor fans for the occasional hot night or day. A private deck with sweeping bay and harbor views has armchairs and a charcoal grill for your enjoyment. An enclosed staircase off your deck leads down to our private beach.

Apartment 4

A traditionally furnished third floor one bedroom beachfront apartment with unsurpassed views overlooking the entire harbor. There is a bedroom with a queen pillow-top bed, TV and DVD player. The light drenched separate living/dining area features a high ceiling and stunning views over the harbor. It is furnished with a queen sofa bed, upholstered armchair, large dining table and a flat screen LCD TV with built in DVD player. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a tub/shower. The unit also has a CD clock radio with iPod dock and while not air-conditioned does have several floor fans for the occasional hot night or day. A private deck with sweeping bay and harbor views has armchairs and a charcoal grill for your enjoyment. An enclosed staircase off your deck leads down to our private beach. This unit has one of the best views in Provincetown!
